Outside Sales Representative Traits

• No roofing experience is necessary
• Track record of exceeding sales goals to drive revenue by creating leads through mostly self-generated methods
• This is a hunter-based position that includes the willingness to canvass neighborhoods, knocking on doors
• Ability to climb on roofs to perform a video roof inspection
• The candidate must have passion, energy, and a positive and relentless attitude
• The candidate will also possess strong listening, follow-up, and closing skills
• Detail-oriented, focused, and a team player
• Most importantly, you MUST have strong ethics, high integrity, and be committed to ALWAYS putting the customer first

Requirements of an Outside Sales Representative

• Sales quota experience on resume
• We offer a flexible schedule. However, availability to work throughout the day, including evenings and some Saturdays
• Proficient in working with computer software
• Smartphone, laptop, and reliable transportation
• Able to pass a background check
