As a Security Officer – Tech/Media Patrol Driver in Mount Juliet, TN
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned tech and media locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while providing outstanding customer service. Your presence and communication skills will help create a secure environment for clients and visitors. This is a driving post, so a valid driver’s license is required.

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a tech, media, or telecom environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols within the business premises and around the perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and/or unauthorized access.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions in the location, documenting findings as required by Allied Universal protocols.
• Communicate with site personnel and visitors to provide assistance and information as needed.
• Support the enforcement of site policies and procedures to help maintain order within the location.
• Collaborate with Allied Universal team members and site contacts to address security-related concerns as they arise.

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
