• Participates in the daily activities and operations of the Mount Juliet Distribution Warehouse.
• Troubleshoots minor maintenance problems involving electrical, structural, plumbing, and equipment repair or replacement.
• Performs preventative building maintenance duties, including light construction.
• Performs routine plumbing repairs, such as unstoppping toilets, sinks, or urinals, fixing water leaks and leaking faucets.
• Performs routine electrical repairs, such as changing light bulbs or fluorescent lamps.
• Assembles and moves furniture, hangs pictures and bulletin boards, and moves and sets up tables and chairs.
• Repairs and replaces doorknobs or locks, repairs door closures, and patches holes in walls.
• Paints interior and exterior of building.
• Has the ability to drive all equipment and knowledge of hydraulics.
• Maintains conveyors (oiling chains and adjusting settings).

• Prefer 1-year previous experience in Industrial Maintenance.
• Knowledge of building maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of machinery, equipment, and tools necessary for the maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety.
• Skilled in reading and following assembly directions.
• Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards.
• Skilled in using hand and power tools.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and leadership.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work the 1st shift work schedule:
  Monday through Friday 6:30 am to 3:00 pm CT.
• This position requires schedule flexibility, as dictated by business demand and available resources including overtime at times.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be able to pass required OSHA CERTIFIED Written Test.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment basic aptitude driving test.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Must be able to communicate effectively with others.

Ability to count accurately and efficiently.

• Ability to focus on details; accuracy is a must.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs.
