Service Technician

Role Description The Service Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mount Juliet, TN. In this role, the technician installs, maintains, and repairs commercial laundry equipment at customer locations and company facilities. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing routine and preventive maintenance, and completing field service calls in a timely and professional manner. The technician documents work performed, keeps accurate service records, and communicates clearly with customers and the internal team about service needs and solutions.

The role also involves following safety procedures, maintaining tools and parts inventory, and supporting overall customer satisfaction through reliable service.
Qualifications

• Strong Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance skills for commercial or industrial equipment.
• Proficient Troubleshooting skills to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and technical issues.
• Experience in Field Service, including on-site visits, travel to customer locations, and independent work in the field.
• Effective Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, listen to concerns, and provide courteous support.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems; ability to read and interpret manuals and schematics.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for travel to customer sites.
• Ability to lift and move equipment, stand for extended periods, and work safely with tools and machinery.
• Previous experience as a service technician, maintenance technician, or similar role is preferred; vocational or technical training in a related field is a plus.
