The Receiver II, Returns performs all activities related to the accurate and timely shipping and/or receiving of returned products. This role ensures proper documentation, system updates, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
Primary Responsibilities- Prepare returns to be received.
- Match actual product to associated documentation and record transactions in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Research and resolve discrepancies between actual product and documentation.
- Respond to internal and external requests for information regarding receiving/shipping data or issues.
- Demonstrate thorough understanding and adherence to safety rules, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Use limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish tasks.
- Assist other department employees with more complex assignments.
- Work under general supervision.
- Perform other duties as assigned or requested.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer service driven.
- Strong team player.

- Ability to lift/carry items up to 50 pounds
