Shipping Clerk - 1st Shift

1st shift is from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm – Monday through Friday.

Wilson Sporting Goods is committed to empowering every human to live like an athlete. We are actively seeking a talented 1st Shift Shipping Clerk to join our Mt. Juliet warehouse team in a warehouse distribution environment.

• Prepare customer orders for picking and packing.
• Monitor account to ensure timely processing of orders and route customer orders for pick‑up via email, fax, and website.
• Call and arrange carrier pick‑up.
• Assist other clerks in order processing.
• Assist with operations on the warehouse floor when needed.

• Ability to work overtime hours when needed to meet shipping schedule.
• Previous experience in an LTL/TL shipping environment.
• Basic understanding of shipment methods, carriers, and the SAP warehouse management system.
• Basic computer, math, and communication skills – a must.
• Capacity to handle multiple jobs and responsibilities.
• Follow direction from the supervisor and desire to grow with the company.
• Attention to detail and professionalism toward all employees.
• Experience with filing, copying, and general clerical tasks.
