**** Essential Responsibilities
*** Load and unload products from delivery trucks and vendor shipments.
* Stage deliveries.
* Store all products in designated locations.
* Ensure inventory is dated and rotated per schedule.
* Inspect products for defects and damages when receiving or shipping.
* Obtain appropriate and authorized signatures on paperwork.
* Assist in customer pickups, providing exceptional customer service.
* Participate in inbound and outbound quality assurance processes.
* Operate and maintain order pickers and warehouse equipment.
* May operate other specialized equipment to move and distribute freight.
* Maintain grounds by picking up papers and trash and cleaning the parking lot and entrance to the building.
* Maintain stock and merchandise area, keeping it organized and clean.
* Mop, sweep, and wash offices, bathrooms, warehouse floors, truck docks, and aisles to ensure cleanliness.
* Remove trash daily by emptying trash containers, transporting materials to disposal areas, and recycling materials.
* Clean and sanitize products per Company standard operating procedure.
* Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date.
* Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all.
* Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts.
* Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation.
* Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations.

* Ability to manage time efficiently to ensure completion of work.
** Knowledge
* ** General warehouse operations
* Knowledge of the equipment and function of Powered Industrial Trucks for product relocation and safety inspection
** Scope
* ** Work is closely managed and reviewed for accuracy and adequacy. Follows specific, outlined, and detailed directions.
* Under immediate supervision, performs assigned tasks only as instructed, subject to regular check of performance.
* Failure to accomplish results can normally be overcome without significant effect on the organization
* Contacts are primarily with direct supervisor and others in group or department to give and receive information.
