** Warehouse Associates
** in Mt. Juliet, TN.We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate with at least 2 years of warehouse experience to support daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with assembly, sorting, labeling, scanning, palletizing, and material handling. This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions, maintain accuracy, and safely perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
** Shifts
**** 1st
Shift: 7:00am-4:00pm
**** 2nd Shift: 4:00pm-12:30am**
- Perform assembly and bending tasks according to work instructions and quality standards.
- Sort, label, scan, and organize products and materials accurately.
- Operate RF scanners and other warehouse scanning equipment to track inventory and process orders.
- Move, stack, and palletize products for storage or shipment.
- Operate a manual pallet jack safely to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
- Wrap and secure pallets for storage and transportation.
- Load, unload, and handle materials while following safety procedures.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail when processing products and orders.
- Identify discrepancies, resolve basic issues, and communicate problems to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety guidelines, procedures, and productivity standards.
- Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience.
- Experience with RF scanners, labeling, sorting, scanning, and palletizing.
- Familiarity with pallet jacks and general warehouse material-handling procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and ability to meet productivity expectations.
- Commitment to following workplace safety procedures.
- Ability to lift and carry 30+ pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to reach, bend, and perform repetitive lifting and material-handling tasks.
- Ability to perform repetitive movements while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
