• Design and produce professional marketing materials, including brochures, EDDM mailers, envelopes, note cards, property flyers, and all things paper
• Maintain consistent branding across all materials, using approved colors, fonts, and logo standards
• Create and update templates for recurring marketing projects
• Design seasonal or campaign-specific pieces that align with business goals

• Operate and maintain in-house printing and finishing equipment
• Prepare print files and set up jobs for accurate color, layout, and paper selection
• Print, cut, fold, and package materials for distribution
• Monitor and manage print supplies such as paper, toner, envelopes, and specialty media
• Ensure high-quality results and consistency across all printed materials

• Design and prepare Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) pieces following USPS guidelines
• Handle addressing, sorting, bundling, and packaging for mail delivery
• Manage mailing schedules and coordinate delivery to the post office

• Maintain an organized system for digital design files and physical print inventory
• Review and proof all materials before printing for accuracy and professionalism
• Keep records of quantities printed and materials used
• Ensure equipment is regularly maintained and calibrated

• Produce print materials for listings, open houses, community events, and office promotions
• Suggest creative print ideas to strengthen branding and client engagement
• Manage all in-house printing projects from concept to completion

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design and print production preferred
• Proven ability to design and print professional marketing materials in-house

• Proficient with Canva Pro
• Proficient with Microsoft Office for templates and mail merges
• Skilled in operating digital printers, copiers, and finishing equipment (cutters, folders, laminators, etc.)
• Strong understanding of print setup, color profiles, paper types, and resolution standards
• Knowledge of USPS Every Door Direct Mail (EDDM) requirements

• Strong eye for design, layout, and brand consistency
• Excellent proofreading and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, loyal, dependable, and super organized

• Experience designing materials for real estate, small business, or professional services
• Comfortable taking creative ideas from concept to finished printed product
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for producing polished, professional work
• Willingness to refine and perfect each project until it meets the highest standard of quality

Compensation

$15 - $18 hourly
