In Home Caregiver CNA HHA

We are looking for compassionate and dedicated caregivers who are eager to learn and grow within the senior care industry. Our in-home caregivers are not only reliable, dependable, and trustworthy but also genuinely caring and empathetic.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and ambulation support.
• Monitor and report changes in client conditions to the appropriate supervisor.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) with an active license in PA preferred.
• Prior experience with in-home care, assisted living, or nursing facility preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and families.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

SCHEDULE:

• Hours will vary based on client needs.
• Must be flexible and willing to accept shifts as they arise.
• May include days, evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts.
