Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Nurse Supervisor to lead our weekend nursing team. The successful candidate will have previous supervisory experience and a strong understanding of patient care protocols. As an RN Supervisor Weekend, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of nurses and ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and service.
Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and supervision to a team of nurses on the weekends
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records
- Collaborate with other members of the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide guidance and support to nurses on the team
- Monitor and report on patient outcomes and quality indicators
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and develop corrective action plans as needed
- Current RN license in the state of PA
- Previous supervisory experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of patient care protocols and nursing standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
