Responsibilities:

• Safely operate our fleet of vans to transport patients, staff, and hospital equipment

• Ensure all passengers are properly secured and seated before departing and arriving at destinations

• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities, including passenger manifests and logs

• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of local roads and traffic patterns to optimize routes and reduce travel time

• Maintain communication with dispatch and other staff members to ensure seamless coordination of transportation services

• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues to the fleet management team

• Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain certification and stay up-to-date with industry best practices

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; CDL preferred

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Ability to lift and transfer patients as needed

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
