• Independently compound complex fragrance oils by calculating, weighing, and mixing chemicals according to formulas.
• Support the Fine Fragrance Lab and Creative Lab by preparing product samples for perfumers, evaluation, and clients.
• Maintain and update the perfumer logbook, recording formulas, usage, and customer information.
• Assist in quality control by evaluating fragrances for customers.
• Manage and maintain the stock of raw materials and lab supplies, ensuring a fully stocked and organized laboratory.
• Process and maintain Samtrack for profiles and resubmissions.
• Order raw materials as needed to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and maintain accountability for all defined responsibilities within process flows.
• Enter and retrieve information via PC-based systems for record-keeping and reporting.
• Collaborate with sales, internal departments, and customers by providing technical support and fragrance-related information.
• Participate in special projects as assigned and serve as a backup to the Lab Manager when needed.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in compounding and documentation.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines.
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with the odor and physical appearance of basic raw materials.
• Ability to detect contamination in raw materials.
