Title:
Laboratory Technician
Location:
Flanders, NJ
Schedule:
M-F 8 AM- 4 PM
Type:
Contract
Responsibilities:
- Prepare liquid product samples
- Perform laboratory tests and procedures
- Read samples on spectrophotometer and record data
- Maintain laboratory equipment.
Requirements:
- BS Chemistry or Biochemistry preferred
- Lab experience with pH Meter testing, Viscosity testing, ICI testing, Color Matching, Spectrophotometer, Flow/Leveling, Weighing, Stain resistance testing, etc. a plus.
- Excellent organizational and record keeping skills; detail-oriented.
- Basic math/computer skills and the ability to communicate with others.
- Experience in the coatings industry a plus.
