Sweetspot is seeking a knowledgeable and customer‑focused cannabis advisor to join a beautiful new dispensary located in Mt. Olive, New Jersey. As a cannabis advisor, you will guide customers through a wide variety of products, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure compliance with state regulations.

• Assist customers in selecting cannabis products that best fit their needs and lifestyle
• Provide information regarding different cultivars, potency, and effects
• Handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy and diligence
• Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock management
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
• Uphold a clean and organized workspace

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service‑oriented role preferred
• Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to change
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
