Job Summary

As a Full-Time Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the daily lives of our clients by providing personal care and support. This position requires a compassionate individual who can assist with daily living activities, ensure the safety and well-being of our clients, and help them maintain a sense of dignity and independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and uplifting environment.
  • Help clients with mobility and transferring, using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
  • Prepare and serve meals, assist with meal planning, and ensure dietary needs are met.
  • Administer medications as directed, and monitor clients for any changes in health or behavior.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and maintaining a safe living environment.
  • Assist with errands and transportation to appointments or social activities as needed.
  • Document and report any changes in clients' physical or emotional condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with other caregivers, healthcare providers, and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in caregiving or healthcare preferred.
  • Previous experience as a caregiver, home health aide, or similar role is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members.
  • Ability to lift and transfer clients safely, following established protocols.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping others.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license may be required based on client needs.
  • Must pass background checks and any required certifications.
