Machine Operator

Starting pay- $17.00 an hour plus a Night Shift Differential- $1.50

$500.00 Retention Bonus after 90 Days

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Manufacturing team! Operates machine and instructs line help to safely meet production, customer, and company goals & requirements. Position includes comprehensive benefits package and paid time off on day one and mentorship support to ensure successful team member growth and development. Overtime is anticipated with this full-time, direct hire opportunity.

• 1 year of experience - understands and competent in all aspects of safe & efficient operation
• Includes all line equipment, processes, and procedures
• Detail and quality oriented
• Verifiable dependability and energetic
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer skills (Email, Internet, Excel, Word)
• Requires experience with hand tools, wrenches, banding equipment, and nail guns
• Requires use of measuring gauges
• Able to read tape measure
• Able to lift 60lbs
• Forklift and crane a plus - must be trainable
• Flexible with working overtime and weekends when needed
