Operate and support high-speed equipment in a direct mail manufacturing environment, with an unwavering focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. You will help reduce cost-related errors, exceed client expectations, and contribute to a safe, high-performing workplace.

How you'll contribute

Set up, run, and fine-tune production machinery according to job instructions.

Maintain equipment and perform adjustments to sustain output and quality.

Diagnose and resolve issues rapidly; communicate developing problems and corrective actions to management.

Keep rigorous compliance with safety policies and SOPs (including lock-out/tag-out and Haz Com).Coordinate with teammates and ensure seamless shift-to-shift handoffs.

Act decisively during downtime to meet production requirements.

Engage in continuous learning to improve processes and raise productivity.

Take on additional tasks needed to drive team success.

What you need to succeed

High school diploma or GED.
2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred; we welcome candidates eager to learn our business.

Manual dexterity, mechanical aptitude, and safe practices for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment.

Knowledge of predictive and productive maintenance systems.

Ability to stand on concrete for 10–12 hours; bend; perform repetitive motions.

Strength to lift 25 lbs. regularly and up to 40 lbs. occasionally.

Reliable, punctual, and accountable for quality; clear communicator who works well independently and within a team.

Willingness to work overtime when needed.
