Great River Health offers the Right Choice Internal Resource Pool (IRP), a flexible staffing option with intermittent or longer-term assignments (6+ weeks) at long-term care facilities or hospitals. You set your own schedule to balance commitments and patient care needs.
The program floats you between Klein and Park Place facilities, with a minimum 24 hours of work required in a 6-week period. Eligible shifts include evening, night, weekend, and holiday differentials, and you must select one
