The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to complete various tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and team members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (minimum 5% of time):

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with the District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Complete cycle counts and the Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang signage, assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and perform detailed recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service through GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Add value.
• Ensure a differentiated shopping experience.
• Provide peak coverage as needed, including special events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required; farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18+, possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

Skills and Abilities:

• Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

Working Conditions:

• Mostly indoor with moderate noise; outdoor work on hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically from 4 hours upwards, may include long travel between stores using personal vehicle.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is mandatory.

Physical Requirements:

• Travel as needed; ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs; operate store equipment; and perform physical activities including standing, kneeling, reaching, and climbing.
