Locum Pulmonary-Critical Care Job in Michigan Seeking Pulmonary-Critical Care physicians for long-term locum coverage near Mt. Pleasant, MI. Job Details:
- Coverage Date: ASAP - Ongoing
- EMR System:
Epic - Coverage Type:
Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call - Practice Setting:
Inpatient - Requirements:
- Board Certified in Pulmonology and Critical Care
- Two weeks of coverage per month, rotate week on /week off, cover starting 7 pm Friday through the following Friday at 7 pm.
- Requesting coverage for 3 months.
- Shift schedule is 7 am to 7 pm in-house coverage
- Call Coverage:
- Available via Telemediq/phone to night shift APPs (7 pm to 7 am)
- Weekday Call available via phone
- Weekend Call available via phone
- Call Back (coming into the facility)%:
Rare two APPs oversee critical care units from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.
- Average daily census 25 patients
- 2 total critical care/pulmonologists on staff
- Support staff:
Day shift 3 APPs / Night shift 2 APPs / RN support - Dictation system:
Dragon - EMR:
Epic - Teleradiology is available after hours and weekends as needed
- Level II Trauma
