Chief CRNA — $350K Annual Compensation + $35K Stipend for 39 Weeks

Mount Pleasant, MI – Full‑time, independent contractor (Chief typu).

Compensation and Schedule

• Annual base: $350,000
• Stipend: $35,000 for 39 weeks
• No on‑call, nights, or weekends
• Predictable daytime schedule
• 13 weeks off per year

Role Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight of anesthesia operations at Mount Pleasant Surgery Center.
• Deliver direct patient care across orthopedics, ophthalmology, endoscopy, general surgery, and a growing total joint replacement program.
• Mentor and train anesthesia staff in a collaborative ASC environment.
• Maintain high‑quality ASC standards focused on long‑term sustainability.

Required Skills and Experience

• Expertise in orthopedics, ophthalmology, endoscopy, and general surgery anesthesia.
