This position is based at our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation. We recruit nationally and provide financial relocation assistance.
We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. Your responsibilities will include supporting Epic’s ongoing growth as it expands its offerings and enters new global markets, negotiating multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with renowned healthcare organizations around the world, forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad, and managing litigation.

- Strong academic and professional background.
- Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
- Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges.
- Motivated to learn about a wide range of topics, including intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management.
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
