Merchandising Sales Associate

This role involves working as part of the Field Activity Support Team (FAST) to execute tasks such as planograms, signage, price changes, and inventories, primarily in a single store. The position also includes supporting merchandise and fixture assembly and maintaining signage, with a focus on delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular attendance and work scheduled shifts.
• Communicate proactively with supervisors and team members.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Perform store inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Hang store signage and assemble merchandise and fixtures.
• Deliver excellent customer service following GURA principles:
  Greet, Uncover Needs, Recommend, and Add Value.

• Prior retail or merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete tasks independently.

• Primarily indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor areas are hard surfaces.
• Shifts typically range from 4 to over 8 hours, varying by store.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is required.

• Ability to move and transfer merchandise up to 50 pounds.
• Operate equipment safely and effectively.
• Stand, kneel, reach, and climb ladders as needed.
