Job Overview

Target is seeking an On-Demand Guest Advocate (Cashier) to join their team. As a Guest Advocate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, working efficiently to minimize guest wait time, and maintaining a clean and clutter-free work area.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and be willing to learn and adapt to new situations. You will be required to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest service experience
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs
• Scan and bag guest items efficiently and accurately
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time while maintaining guest service and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and clutter-free work area

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds
