You will be
  • Be a Team Member:
    Maintains up-to-date knowledge of the products; collaborates with cross functional teams; educates other associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicates effectively and develops interpersonal skills for customer service; is flexible to work in other areas, tracks goods, maintains in-stock levels, and controls shrinkage in a timely manner.
  • Be an Expert:
    Understands processes and specifications related to quality of various types of produce merchandise; prepares (trim, crisp, package, scale) products according to standards; maintains product safety and sanitation guidelines; adheres to laws, regulations, and policies related to produce quality.
  • Be a Techie:
    Leverages digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement; uses handheld technology for production, training, and product quality decisions with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them.
  • Be an Owner:
    Drives area performance; utilizes digital tools; stocks and rotates department products using perpetual inventory methods; ensures quality and date control; eliminates waste; attends to customer needs and assists customers per policy.
  • Be a Talent Ambassador:
    Values the member’s experience and models high quality service and products; executes basics at the highest level of quality; shows energy, commitment, and passion for the work.
  • Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity; uses Open Door Policy in business processes.
  • Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; identifies priorities and deadlines; communicates progress and opportunities for improvement.

  • Support inventory control: stock and rotate products; ensure freshness; assist customers according to policy.
  • Demonstrate member-focused service and positive attitude in daily interactions.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $23.00. The actual rate will meet or exceed the applicable minimum wage. Premiums may apply in specific circumstances.
