Target is a retailer focused on helping families discover the joy of everyday life. This role supports guest experience and store operations aligned with Target’s values and culture.

• Demonstrate a service culture that prioritizes the guest experience by delivering the service standard.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks and offering assistance as needed.
• Engage with guests to help solve their specific needs and communicate current promotions and store activities.
• Be knowledgeable about tools, products, and services in the full store to resolve guest issues and improve their experience.
• Explain and promote Target Loyalty programs and assist with sign-up as needed.
• Scan, bag, and handle guest items efficiently and in compliance with safety standards.
• Minimize guest wait times while maintaining service quality and accuracy.
• Explain how to use Target App features, Wallet, and services like Order Pick-Up, Drive Up, and online ordering.
• Assist with returns following Target policies; collaborate with leaders as needed to resolve guest concerns.
• Maintain a clean, clutter-free work area and stock supplies during store hours while remaining available to guests.
• Operate in a safe, ethical, and compliant manner; report hazards and follow safety policies.
• Support guest services such as order pickup, drive-up, and returns, while complying with applicable laws (e.g., adult beverage laws as appropriate).
• Perform other duties based on business needs.

• Ability to operate handheld scanners and other technology; work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift and lift/move merchandise as required (up to 10 pounds frequently, up to 44 pounds occasionally).
