Location:
Mount Pleasant, MI.
- Provide customers with fast, friendly, accurate and safe service at Checkout and/or Returns, and monitor the Self-Checkout area.
- Process Checkout and/or Return transactions; follow all policies and procedures to minimize shrink.
- Proactively seek product knowledge to provide customers with information and identify selling opportunities.
- Support and assist the front-end team; participate in training of new Cashiers and use available tools to coach and develop others.
- Provide first level escalation for customer issues and assist with supervision as needed.
- Preferred qualification: 1+ years of Cashier experience.
