Key Responsibilities- Professionally represent Bath Works at home shows, festivals, and similar events across the region
- Engage with attendees about their home improvement goals and schedule free estimates
- Follow our proven sales methodology
- Set up and break down the event booth
- A great attitude and outgoing personality—you love talking to people
- Weekend availability
- A reliable vehicle and valid driver s license (travel is required)
- Ability to lift 20–30 lbs
- 4+ years of experience in sales or in-person marketing preferred but not needed
Get paid to hit the road! This role includes paid travel to events across Michigan—Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Lansing, Midland, and Traverse City. This role is paid on a base + bonus plan. On-target earnings range from $21-32/hr.
