Video Conferencing Support Technician

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and communications sector, is seeking a dedicated Video Conferencing Support Technician to join their dynamic team. As a Video Conferencing Support Technician, you will be an integral part of the support team responsible for maintaining and enhancing our client’s video conferencing environment. Location:Valhalla, NY

Pay Range: $35-$38/hr

What's the Job?

• Provide onsite technical support for video and audio conferencing issues to ensure seamless communication experiences.
• Assist in scheduling, managing, and supporting high-level video conferencing events and activities.
• Install, configure, and support video conferencing equipment, including MACD requests, to meet client needs.
• Track and resolve incidents efficiently, maintaining detailed support and process documentation.
• Guide customers in the use of video conferencing software and hardware, delivering exceptional customer service.

What's Needed?

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting Audio-Visual and IT systems, with familiarity with Poly products and third-party video conferencing devices.
• Knowledge of H.320, H.323, and SIP protocols, with experience supporting Zoom or Teams preferred.
• Hands-on experience installing and troubleshooting video conferencing devices such as Cisco, Logitech, or Neat.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
