Compensation & Pay Range:
Competitive salary and a $1,000 hire bonus, plus quarterly bonus potential and FREE childcare. Candidates with advanced education and experience in early childhood education may qualify for higher pay within the range. • Manage daily operations of the childcare school, ensuring compliance with state licensing requirements and company policies, including administrative, operational, financial, and logistical functions of the facility
• Hire, engage, and develop a supportive team of caregivers and educators
• Partner with families to provide the best care and education for children
• Support teachers in implementing our curriculum, enabling developmentally appropriate classrooms that spark curiosity and growth
• Nurture positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing representatives, and the community
• Collaborate with the Regional Director and corporate support team to meet our mission: provide high-quality care and education - every child, every family, every day

• Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. Minimum of CDA or ECD 101 and 102
• 2 years of prior experience managing a childcare center
• Proficient computer skills in common business programs, including Microsoft Office
• Passion for providing high-quality care and education
• Strong leadership skills and a flexible, friendly approach
