As a Shift Lead / Customer Experience Representative, you will lead daily operations, ensuring top customer satisfaction while guiding the team during shifts.
- Customer Engagement
:
Welcome customers, answer questions, promote unlimited wash memberships, and educate new customers. - Operations & Safety
:
Guide vehicles into the wash tunnel, prep vehicles, and monitor equipment for smooth, safe, and efficient operations. - Team Leadership
:
Key holder responsible for opening and closing procedures and leader in absence of Assistant Site Leader or Site Leader. - Attention to Detail
:
Conduct vehicle checks, uphold “Sparkle Assurance” standards, and ensure each wash exceeds expectations.
Shift Leads who demonstrate dedication and growth can move to Assistant Site Leader, Site Leader, Trainer, or Maintenance Technician.
