Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role based in Mount Pleasant, SC, for a Customer Service Representative. The role involves daily interaction with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide an exceptional banking experience. Responsibilities include assisting with account transactions, delivering knowledgeable and professional support, and maintaining a friendly, customer‑focused environment. Collaboration with team members to meet banking service goals and ensure customer satisfaction will be a key aspect of the job.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience
- Experience with Customer Satisfaction, addressing concerns, and fostering positive client relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
- Problem‑solving aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking systems
- Prior experience in banking or financial services is a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a benefit
