We're currently seeking friendly and reliable Court Monitors to join our team and help make every guest experience unforgettable.

As a Court Monitor at Sky Zone Trampoline Park, you'll be the friendly face that ensures guest safety, enforces park rules, and creates an energetic and fun environment on the courts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring all park attractions, enforcing safety rules, fostering a safe/clean environment for our guests, and interacting with guests and facilitating games. You'll also assist with maintaining a clean and organized attraction floor, back areas, restrooms, and may occasionally be asked to help with other tasks as needed to keep our park running smoothly.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people and thrives in a fast-paced, fun environment.

• Safety & Supervision: Maintain constant surveillance of the courts and attractions, enforce safety rules, and ensure jumpers do not endanger themselves or others. Never turn your back on the court.
• Guest Engagement & Refereeing: Referee dodgeball games, lead contests and challenges, interact with guests, and project a welcoming, "wow" experience.
• Crowd & Voice Control: Speak publicly and project your voice clearly to be heard over loud music and active crowds.
• Facility Maintenance: Inspect trampoline equipment, report damage or safety hazards to management, and assist with cleaning the facility.
• Emergency Response: React calmly and effectively in emergency situations, providing basic assistance or first aid when necessary.

• Has reliable transportation.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

No prior experience is required, so this is a great opportunity for high schoolers and first jobs!

$10-$14/hr based on experience/work performance.
