Full Time. Salary: $16 - $18 / hour.
As a Patient Coordinator
, you will report to the Manager and perform daily front office tasks to help create lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients. You’ll participate in a four-week training program to succeed in your role.
- Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards
- Provide patient support by scheduling and confirming patient appointments, organizing charts, verifying insurance and payment collection
- Balance nightly deposits and credit card processing
- Additional tasks as assigned by the Manager
- Provide front office support and customer service
- Assist patients with scheduling, insurance verification, and payments
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset
- Good time management, organized and detail-oriented
- Must be age 18 or older
