What your future day will look like:

• Design and plan mechanical building systems for hospitals, medical office buildings, ambulatory care centers, emergency departments, and other healthcare facilities.
• Prepare and coordinate construction documents using Revit, ensuring technical accuracy and design integrity.
• Guide and develop junior engineers through technical mentorship and project collaboration.
• Conduct site visits, field assessments, and construction administration to verify design intent and maintain quality standards.
• Assist with mechanical system design and support for other project types, including education, senior living, mixed‑use, and municipal facilities as needed.

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• 8+ years in a mechanical engineering role for an engineering firm
• PE license preferred
• Experience in institutional healthcare or hospital design is required
