Position Summary:
The Laundry Attendant is responsible for ensuring clean linens are supplied to the entire hotel. Essential Job Functions- Greeting guests and responding to requests
- Maintain a clean, healthy, and safe environment in laundry area
- Assist room attendants as needed: stripping rooms, bringing supplies, taking out garbage
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Vacuuming carpets
- Dusting and polishing furniture
- Emptying trash containers
- Report any technical issues and maintenance needs
- Restock chemicals and/or supplies
- Follow all health and safety rules
- Attend meetings as required
- Experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or similar in a hotel or commercial environment
- Experience cleaning in a customer‑focused environment
- Minimum high school diploma, GED, or equivalent
