A prestigious law firm located in Mount Pleasant, SC, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Closing Attorney to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in residential and commercial real estate transactions, providing clients with expert guidance and exceptional service.

Duties:

Oversee and manage residential and commercial real estate transactions, including sales, refinances, and title reviews.

Collaborate with lenders, brokers, agents, buyers, and sellers to facilitate smooth transactions.

Draft, review, and finalize key real estate documents such as contracts, deeds, leases, and purchase/sale agreements.

Ensure clients receive a professional and comprehensive experience, addressing questions and concerns.

Review disbursement ledgers and sign off on checks.

Cultivate and nurture business relationships to support the firm’s growth and success.

Provide training on relevant real estate law topics for potential clients.

Requirements:

Experience in residential real estate transactions is preferred.

Member of the South Carolina State Bar, in good standing.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Proactive and driven, with a passion for community engagement and achieving results.

Growth-focused mindset, particularly in residential real estate.

Demonstrated strong work ethic in previous academic and professional roles.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Licensed to practice law in South Carolina.

Skills:

Expertise in residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Knowledge of title review and closing processes.

Excellent communication and client service skills.

Ability to manage multiple transactions efficiently.

Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
