Compensation & BenefitsPay: $54,000 Average Annual Base Salary paid Hourly, $1,000 average monthly bonus, $1,100 average annual profit sharing, $3,000 average annual tuition reimbursement

- This position has responsibility for day-to-day store operations, including food operations, maintaining a safe environment, recruiting, hiring, scheduling, training, & supervising employees.
- The Food and Beverage Manager will learn how to promote store profitability, maintain brand standards, execute marketing programs, manage expense control, inventory levels & shortage control, and adhere to and enforce all company programs, policies, and procedures.
- Complete computer-based training for newly hired employees.
- Complete Serv Safe Training and become certified.
- Complete an average 4-6 weeks of Food and Beverage training.
- Complete an average of 4-6 weeks of Retail operations training.
- Direct and coordinate staff in providing excellent Making Life Easier customer experience and ensure customer needs are met.
- Maximize store sales and profits by applying pride, enthusiasm, and determination within established budgets.
- Lead team members to create an open and inviting atmosphere for customers.
- Plan and prepare work schedules to ensure the right people are available to meet customer needs.
