• Hire, train, and manage clinic administrative staff.
• Keep a level head during times of crisis and transition within the practice.
• Drive operational efficiency through systems, processes, and performance tracking.
• Partner with clinical and marketing teams to align operations with business goals.
• Report on KPIs and implement strategic improvements.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards.

• 5+ years of operations leadership experience in healthcare, wellness, or private-pay environments.
• Proven track record of scaling business revenue.
