• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures with precision
• Lead or support larger projects, including light commercial service, installs, and maintenance
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Ensure all work meets safety codes and company standards
• Provide clear communication and excellent customer service on every job

We’re growing quickly and looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician who can hit the ground running—someone with proven expertise who thrives in a professional but family‑oriented environment and is interested in both residential and commercial work.

• 3‑5+ years of experience in residential or commercial maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical)
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Ability to work independently and lead when needed
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• EPA certification or trade licenses a plus
• Comfortable working in a variety of environments (attics, crawlspaces, rooftops, mechanical rooms)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
