As a software developer at Epic, you’ll write software that impacts the lives of 325 million patients around the world. You’ll use modern development methodologies and employ user‑centered design, analytics, and machine learning tools to drive innovation in healthcare. Using leading‑edge technologies and languages like JS, TS, and C#, you’ll invent better ways to reduce medical errors, streamline record sharing between hospitals, and provide the quality of care a patient deserves.

Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality software components for Epic’s healthcare platform.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver user‑centered features.
- Apply modern development practices, including test‑driven development and continuous integration.
- Use analytics and machine learning tools to drive product innovation and improve patient outcomes.
- Contribute to code reviews, architectural discussions, and knowledge sharing across the organization.
- BS/BA or greater in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Type Script, and C# (or equivalent experience). Familiarity with cloud services and micro‑services architecture is a plus.
- A history of academic excellence or professional success.
- Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship (persons with appropriate qualifications and eligible for TN status under NAFTA may apply).
- COVID‑19 vaccination (or proof of recovery).
- Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
