We are hiring full‑time, fast‑paced Warehouse Associates to load and unload packages/boxes. Responsibilities include the physical loading and unloading of heavy furniture and sorting of packages of varying sizes and weights by hand; operating warehouse equipment safely. Shifts may vary depending on volume and business needs.

This role requires a high level of physical activity and strong record‑keeping. Experience in logistics, transportation, or furniture handling is preferred.

Salary range: $17.00/hr – $17.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience).

• Loading and unloading packages/boxes (furniture) in a fast‑paced environment
• Sorting packages/boxes of varying sizes and weights by hand: lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, scanning, staging, wrapping, etc.
• Assisting in verifying inventory quantity and maintaining inventory levels
• Assisting with other warehouse duties as needed
• Operating warehouse equipment in a safe manner

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year or more of previous warehouse experience desired
• Experience with furniture handling preferred
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to lift and carry heavy furniture
• Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends when necessary
• Detailed record‑keeping skills
• Previous forklift certification/experience is a plus

• Lifting and Carrying:
  Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally with assistance
• Standing and Walking:
  Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
• Pushing and Pulling:
  Ability to push and pull wheeled carts or pallet jacks loaded with merchandise
• Bending, Stooping, and Reaching:
  Ability to bend, stoop, and reach overhead frequently
• Physical Stamina:
  Demonstrate endurance to perform repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Manual Dexterity:
  Ability to handle and manipulate small parts or delicate items with precision
• Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when necessary to address urgent operational needs
