• Selling and scheduling needed service work with precision and clarity.
• Greeting customers promptly and warmly, gathering essential vehicle information.
• Accurately documenting vehicle problems on repair orders and test‑driving as needed.
• Advising customers on maintenance, providing accurate cost estimates, and securing authorization.
• Managing the repair process from start to finish, including dispatch, progress checks, and follow‑up.
• Explaining completed work and charges clearly to customers.
• Maintaining high customer satisfaction standards and addressing inquiries effectively.
• Overseeing vehicle quality control, including preparing vehicles for delivery and inspecting for body work.
• Maintaining required manufacturer training and certifications.

• An experienced Service Advisor (prior dealership experience is a big plus!).
• A self‑starter with excellent computer proficiency.
• Skilled in sales and customer service.
• Proficient with social media (a plus!).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is not required, but a significant advantage!
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player with a professional appearance.
• Has a valid driver's license and can pass a motor vehicle record test, background check, and drug screen.

This role requires standing for long periods and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
