Operating Room Nurse - Urgent Backfill Opportunity Join Our Team as an Operating Room Nurse and Make a Critical Impact! We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Operating Room Nurse to fill an urgent backfill position in a fast-paced surgical environment. This is your chance to contribute to a dynamic healthcare team, providing exceptional patient care across diverse service lines, including Orthopedics, General Surgery, Da Vinci Robot, Urology, GYN, ENT, Trauma, and GI.

Required Skills:

Current BLS and ACLS certification at the time of submission Proven experience in operating room settings, with strong aseptic and sterile techniques Ability to function effectively in a high-pressure environment Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to handle call responsibilities efficiently, including one weekday shift and one weekend per month Flexibility with 8-hour day shifts (Monday through Friday) Nice to Have

Skills:

Experience with robotic surgery, particularly Da Vinci systems Knowledge of multiple service lines and trauma procedures Prior experience in fast-paced surgical units Preferred

Education and Experience:

Nursing degree (RN license) in good standing Minimum of 2 years of OR nursing experience preferred Prior experience with diverse surgical disciplines and call responsibilities Other Requirements:
Ability to work flexible hours including call shifts Valid licensure and certifications in applicable states Willingness to commit to a Monday-Friday schedule with occasional on-call duties COVID-19 vaccination as per policy (if applicable)
