Overview The Sales Merchandiser position is responsible for executing Anderson Merchandisers standards to drive sales and meet retailer and client expectations. This role reports to the Market Sales Manager with daily communication and follow‑up with the Territory Sales Lead.

• Build rapport through daily communication with store associates and management.
• Educate customers and store personnel on the features and benefits of our client’s brands and product lines.
• Execute all required tasks, projects, resets, and displays with accuracy by following all provided instructions.
• Maintain high quality of work and accuracy to meet or exceed client expectations.
• Merchandise and execute all assigned projects with required quality and accuracy to maintain account aesthetics and consistently deliver above‑average project execution compliance.
• Have detailed knowledge of all company policies.
• Communicate daily to the Territory Sales Lead about activities, sales opportunities, and any barriers or requests.
• Use handheld device functions consistently and thoroughly.
• Maintain company, client, and retailer confidentiality.

• Must lift up to 50 lbs with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects up to 35 lbs; occasional assistance required for 100 lbs objects.
• Work can be performed while sitting, standing, or walking.
• Require fine manipulation of hands, bending, twisting, squatting, climbing, and upper and lower body mobility.
• Must work a flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required; travel to additional locations may be necessary.
• Maintain automobile liability insurance.
• Must have access to a computer, internet, printing capabilities, and e‑mail.
• Customer service or sales experience preferred.

$14.50 per hour.
