Overview

Dental Front Desk Receptionist - Only with Prior Dental Experience at Mynt Dental in Mount Pleasant, WI. The role is the first point of contact for patients and one of the most important positions in a dental office. We provide dental services using state of the art technology and exceptional lifetime care, and seek team members who want to grow, work in a satisfying environment, and foster a strong team-building culture.

• Greet and welcome patients from the start of their dental journey; sustain patient comfort and provide education
• Knowledge of Account Ledger
• Insurance Breakdown
• Answering phone calls
• Scheduling appointments
• Creating and presenting treatment plans
• Checkout patients
• Charge patients for services
• Create claims
• Send claims
• Send Pre Authorizations
• Utilize Dentrix Ascend for patient scheduling and record keeping
• Adherence to HIPAA protocols
• Other duties associated with Business Assistants & Receptionists at a dental office
• Partner with providers and team to implement systems and maximize office workflow

• Minimum of 6 months of experience working in a dental office / same position
• Saturday availability is essential
• Start time is as early as 8:20 AM
• End times can vary:
  Weekdays up to 6:00 PM or 6:45 PM;
  Saturdays up to 4:00 PM with the latest shift ending at 4:45 PM
• Familiarity with Dentrix Ascend
• Cross-trained / some knowledge of the clinical side
