RAD Tech - RAD Tech

Job Details:

• Work in a 60-bed facility with 2 diagnostic beds and 1 fluoro bed

• 3rd shift likely won't perform fluoroscopy procedures

• Patient population includes inpatients, outpatients, emergency department, some pediatrics but mostly adults

• 1:1 patient ratio

• 2 years of experience required

• First-time travelers accepted with strong background

• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (Wisconsin license required)

Skills required:

chest x-rays, long bone x-rays, C-arm, surgical patients, portable experience, fluoroscopy (limited)

• Float throughout hospital for portable procedures, including OR and emergency department

• 2-3 day orientation based on comfort level

• Equipment includes Canon portables, GE fluoro, OEC C-arms, diagnostic rooms with Dell and Canon plates

• EMR system: EPIC, medication dispensing through Pyxis, PACS using McKesson (preferred experience)

• Support services include transport 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, RT 24/7, hospitalist 24/7

• Any scrub color acceptable

• Free parking provided
