Level 4 Datacenter Technician

Overview

Will work 100% onsite in Mount Pleasant WI. Seeking Level 4 Datacenter Technicians.

Job Description:

Team will be handling troubleshooting of large GPU deployments inside of a hyperscale enterprise DC environment in Mount Pleasant WI.

• Monitor and troubleshoot GPU deployments inside a hyperscale enterprise data center environment in Mount Pleasant WI.
• Follow and improve upon existing SOPs.
• Provide input for suggested modifications to processes and procedures to improve service quality and efficiency while providing guidance to other technicians.

• 5+ years of DC experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and components.
• Basic understanding of how to use Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Strong understanding of fiber optic cabling, splicing, and testing; familiarity with structured cabling standards and physical layer validation; fiber validation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. This is a fully onsite position in Mount Pleasant, WI.
