Quality Operator

Job Overview

FII USA, Inc., a Foxconn Technology Group Company, is seeking a Quality Operator to work as part of a larger team to inspect, test, and ensure the quality of high‑tech components throughout the manufacturing process. The role involves performing quality control tasks within the production line and in a warehouse setting, and offers opportunities for critical thinking and career growth in smart manufacturing.

• Inspect and test products at various stages of production.
• Operate quality testing equipment and measurement tools to verify product specifications.
• Read and interpret quality control documentation, specifications, and guidelines as they pertain to job duties.
• Perform detailed visual inspections of components and finished products for defects.
• Document quality issues and communicate findings to relevant departments; collaborate with engineering, production, and management teams.
• Conduct regular quality audits and maintain detailed records of inspection results.
• Follow quality control procedures and maintain documentation of testing processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment following 5S principles.
• Work well in a team setting and collaborate with others as needed.

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred; candidates with prior experience without the preferred education will be considered.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to read measuring instruments, quality specifications, and other documents written in English.
• Adherence to safety protocols and proper PPE usage.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs; ability to stand or walk for 8 + hours.
